To make sure your child gets the most out of their sessions, we set out a few simple expectations — always with your child’s success at heart: ✨ A Positive Learning Environment Every child deserves a calm and focused space where they can learn without distraction. We therefore ask that pupils conduct themselves appropriately during sessions. Should behaviour consistently disrupt learning, we may need to withdraw access to sessions. 👉 In such cases, we will refund the cost of any remaining sessions (minus any admin fees charged by card providers). ✨ Independent Revision Between Sessions True progress happens when learning continues beyond the lesson. To support this, we provide short, manageable revision tasks for your child to complete between sessions.
